Our client is today a major player in the ingredients sector. In order to support the company in its growth, it is now creating a position of Technical Sales Engineer based in Germany.

Poste / Missions

Reporting directly to the EMEA/Northern Sales Director, the future candidate (M/W) will be responsible for the development and growth of his/her market with food manufacturers in accordance with the sales strategy and objectives that were set. His/her main missions will be :

  • Taking charge of the existing customer portfolio, ensuring a progression of the existing business flow
  • Working closely with the internal R&D teams to develop innovative technical projects by providing advice and support,
  • Prospecting, opening and developing accounts in Germany area
  • Promoting all product ranges and associated services to customers/prospects and support them in the implementation of their projects,
  • Identifying new opportunities by working closely with the Technical Support teams
  • Ensuring a competitive and sectorial watch,
  • Reporting regularly about his/her activity,

The position can be remote and requires frequent travel within the assigned area.

Le profil

  • M/W
  • Scientific education such as Agri/Agro engineering school or business education if experience in the company’s core business
  • At least 10 years’ experience with an existing network that allows you to be operational quickly
  • German and English mandatory for this position based in Germany
  • Proven experience in market development in a multinational environment with the ability to identify opportunities, growth accounts and more globally the dynamics of the local industry.
  • Market intelligence and prospecting skills
