SOSIE

The SOSIE test focuses on personal values, motivating drivers, and interpersonal behavior.
It shows up discrepancies that may exist between motivation and potential, which are treated in depth in interviews.

PERFORMANSE

The PerformanSe-ECHO self-test version is based on a 10-dimensional model of behavioral traits, to assess activity preferences, sociability, rank relations, reaction to stress, favored work environments, motivating factors and demotivating factors of the tested person.

In the PerformanSe-DIALECHO version, the self-assessment is matched with observations from others, generally the direct superior of the profiled person, to extend the objective pertinence of the evaluation.
