As a member of SYNTEC (Syndicat du Conseil en Recrutement - Federation of Recruitment Consultants), ManageriA undertakes to :

• Preserve the confidential nature of informatin in its possession and comply with the provisions of law 78-17 of 6 january 1978 concerning Information Technology and Civil Liberties in France.
• ManageriA expects its client to make a reciprocal commitment to preserve the confidentiality of information it provides
• ManageriA and its staff undertakes to comply with all the principles and codes of practice contained in the Member's Charter of Syndicat du Conseil en Recrutement. A copy of this document will be provides on request.
